You will have to stroke yourself to the beat without cumming before the very last round, where a countdown will appear for your release.

To help you stroke along with the music, a visual aid in the form of a beat bar is available at all times at the bottom of the screen, letting you know when to do a full stroke up and down alongside particle effects on either side.
You may also follow the audible beat if you have selected one of the audio tracks that contains them. A visual presentation of these instructions are also given at the start of the video.

This version is the hard mode full original video, containing story-oriented host segments in between rounds where Tifa and Aerith will talk to you and more difficult beat patterns.
There are two other versions available:
No Host (without the host segments)
Normal Mode (same content with much easier beat patterns, in case this challenge was too much for you)
